How Much Should I Take? A single serving of 50g is the ideal amount for one bowl, providing the perfect balance of oats, nuts and dry fruits to fuel your morning. For a lighter serving or if mixing with milk, yoghurt or fruit, 40g per serving works well too, giving you up to 12 servings from a 500g pack and up to 25 servings from a 1kg pack.

Who Is Each Size For? The 500g pack is perfect for individuals or those trying Oatenza for the first time, lasting approximately 1.5 to 2 weeks with daily use. The 1kg pack is ideal for families or regular daily consumers, offering up to 3 to 4 weeks of consistent morning nutrition and better value per serving.

Storage Tip Once opened, seal the zip-lock pouch tightly and store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness and crunch throughout the pack.
