Return Eligibility

We accept return and replacement requests under the following conditions:
  • If you receive a damaged product
  • If you receive the wrong item
  • If your order arrives in poor condition
  • If there is an issue with packaging or product quality
To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos of the product and packaging.

No Questions Asked Returns

At Oatenza, we believe in fairness, honesty, and customer satisfaction in every transaction. If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may still request a return. However, the following deductions will apply:
  • 25% deduction if the product is returned unopened and in its original condition
  • 35% deduction if the package has been opened and the return is due to change of mind or personal preference
Returned products must be sent back in reasonable condition to qualify for any refund.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds may be issued through:
  • Bank transfer
  • Original payment method (where applicable)
  • Store credit or exchange
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged product sent by Oatenza.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24–48 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Shipping Timeline

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days depending on your location and courier operations. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeline, please contact our support team for assistance.

Important Notes

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage are not eligible for refund or replacement
  • Refund approval depends on verification of the claim and product condition
  • Oatenza reserves the right to refuse suspicious or abusive refund requests
